In ADS the new system of sending data about these participants of the poll is introduced. Now we create Google Doc of the project at once and we give you access to it, you will be able to monitor enrollment of respondents of your project online. Access to the document will be opened for anybody who has a link, therefore, it will be easy to send information to the colleagues, just sending them the link.
You will be able to leave comments about respondents in a special column at the end of the document, and to specify various questions in an online chat. As soon as we have a suitable respondent for your project we will write his data in the table, all changes, for example, replacement, will be seen before the poll by taking a look at the document. In addition, we will inform you on about the set of group and replacements. The table is convenient to use through Google both from the computer, and from the smartphone that adds flexibility.
