Entrepreneurs, both established and new marketplace sellers across Russia, aged 18+, of any gender, and non-clients of a top-10 bank.

The target audience is difficult to reach, making it challenging to find respondents quickly enough to conduct initial interviews promptly.

Solutions and Measures

  1. Defining Requirements: Clearly formulating the criteria for experts, including specialization, experience, and other key characteristics to attract suitable respondents.

  2. Information Placement: Study details were posted in the RekrutSam Telegram bot, enabling rapid and wide dissemination to potential candidates.

  3. Automated Messaging: The bot automatically sent invitations to registered potential experts, accelerating response time.

  4. Direct Interaction with Candidates: The client conducted interviews independently, allowing a better assessment of qualifications and work approach.

  5. Candidate Compensation: Rewards were provided via gift cards, making the payment process quick and convenient for both parties.
